Just like that she broke me down.
A fraction,
Piece of me
Open my inner sorrows.
Toy with my neglection.
Affections run deep.
In his arms I find safety,
Be her peace
Or problem.
Limited to the imaginary.
His sanctuary;
Her hell.
His convent;
Her jail.
So delicate in the way she handles my vulnerability.
Unlocking the real me.
What do you want?
To be seen,
To be valued,
To be appreciated,
To be accepted,
To be pursued.
Where do you feel it?
My chest.
Relax, she said.
Just breathe.
This is the place you were predestined to be.
Let’s Heal.
